Well, you know my dad was very curious about my life when I was growing up...  He would always want to know what was going on at school, who my new friends where, etc.  It would bug me too!  I realize now that I am older, he wanted to know everything because he just really cared!  I know it may be hard for you to understand now, but your dad just loves you very much and wants to protect you.  I don't know if him going through your phone is the best way to do it, but maybe he does because you don't open up to him in person.  Are you keeping secrets from him or are there things in your phone that you don't want him to see?  I'm sure if you explain to your dad that it bothers you and to please give you more privacy, he might back off snooping through your phone.  There needs to be a compramise though.  You have to spend more time with him and let him into your world every now and then.  I bet if you do that, he won't have a reason to look through your phone.  Hope that helps:)  Have a good day sweetie
