What time does Wango Tango start?
The doors to the seating area will be open at 5:00pm. The concert will start at 6:30pm.

When will it end?
The show will end at approximately 10:50pm.

How much is parking?
Regular parking is included in the price of your ticket. VIP parking is extra and available in advance through Ticketmaster when you buy your ticket online.

Can I get backstage?
Unfortunately, no. The backstage area is strictly used for loading and unloading of instruments, staff and dressing rooms.

Can I bring a cooler?
The Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre does not allow coolers into the venue. Please check out the “venue info” page for more info and restrictions.

Can I bring a camera?
Disposable cameras and small digital cameras (including camera phones) are allowed.

Can I video or audio tape the show?
No. Recording equipment of any kind is strictly forbidden!

Can I drop-off/pick-up my kids?
Yes. There will be a area designated for drop-offs/pick-ups directly outside the venue in front of the main gate.

Is there a will call?
Will Call windows will open at noon. TicketMaster and KIIS-FM winners/guests will call only. Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre Ticket Office cannot hold tickets left by family and friends for others arriving later for the concert.

Are you hiring workers or volunteers?

I don’t like porto-pottys. Will there be actual bathrooms with running water sinks?
Sorry about your port-potty fears – fortunately for you, there are in fact real bathrooms in the venue – with running water sinks!

Will there be food available?
There will be tons of food available for purchase in the village area (directly outside the seating area).

What if it rains that day?
Bring a poncho because the show will go on. No umbrella will be permitted in the venue.
