2. Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel – Public Kitchen & Bar, 25 Degrees

Chef Tim Goodell’s Public Kitchen & Bar at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel is serving up The Irish Buck ($12) that’s the result of arugula, lemon juice, agave, Jameson, ginger beer, and green chartreuse shaken, strained and served in a highball glass.  Also, check out the Roosevelt’s famous burger joint, 25 Degrees, after March 17 for their signature Guinness Milkshake ($8,) which mixes house-made chocolate sauce, and vanilla ice cream year-round!

3. Dillon’s Irish Pub

For an authentic Irish pub experience, check out Dillon’s on Hollywood Blvd.  They’re opening their doors at 6am to begin the festivities in true Irishmen form.  Complete with bag pipers, leprechauns, a bangers eating contest, green beer, and of course plenty of green swag! If you can hang through the night DJ Thrills will also be spinning from 5pm-2am!
