Los Angeles - we are not used to freezing cold temps and why is it that my nose, ears and fingers feel like they are another degree from snapping themselves off! If you're a transplant from South Dakota reading this, you probably are laughing at the fact that I think Los Angeles is "cold," but you can't blame a SoCal sister used to 75 degree days most of the year.
