People, ok well mainly guys ask me, “Who makes the [fashion] rules? Why don’t you just wear whatever you want?”
A: That’s a loaded question, right?!?! I do wear whatever I want and truthfully I think fashion and style go together, but not always what’s fashionable works with everyone’s style. Are you following me? Fashion is an art form and unfortunately there are only a few of us who can get away with wearing a crop top and high waisted shorts to work.
A person I have long admired and adore for her fearlessness and bravery with what she wears is Anna Dello Russo, editor-at-large and creative consultant for Vogue Japan. Her latest major project has been her collaboration with H&M. In honor of her AdR for H&M accessories collection an over the top party in Anna style went down in Paris and she even starred in her own music video.
