HOW TO ENTER: On March 3rd through March 7th visit www.kiisfm.com and complete the promotion entry.  To qualify for a daily prize, entry must be received by (a time determined by station). Limit one entry per person/per email/per day.  Duplicate entries will void all entries submitted. 

One winner will be chosen randomly each day from all entries.  One Grand Prize winner will be chosen from the daily winners.

GENERAL RULES:  Promotion is open to U.S. residents of Los Angeles 18 years of age or older as ofMarch 3rd  except employees and their immediate families of KIIS and Citadel, Unilever, Suave®, Weber Shandwick, zcomm and their subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, agents, families and persons living in the same household of each. 

Promotion participants cannot have won any other prize from this radio station in the previous thirty days. Unless advised otherwise, daily winners have thirty days from the date of winning to pick up their prize. Prizes may be picked up during regular business hours:Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Void where prohibited.  All federal, state and local laws apply.  All taxes are the sole responsibility of winners.  Winners must sign a Prize Acceptance/Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release form when picking up their prize or prize will be forfeited and an alternate selected.  No substitution or transfer of prize permitted, unless prize is generally unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.  Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner’s name, likeness and/or entry for advertising trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.  By entering, contestant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the station, which are final in all matters.  No correspondence will be acknowledged.  Acceptance of grand prize offered constitutes permission to use winner’s name, likeness and/or entry for advertising trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.  This includes the posting of the winning entry on www.Suave.com or any other webpage associated with said site.  

Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable e-mail or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof.  If, in the judges’ opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right to terminate the sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all entries received as of the date of termination.  By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. 

JUDGING: All eligible daily entries will be randomly selected by KIIS. Daily entries must be received by 5pm ET each day to qualify for the daily prize. Winners will be notified by mail and/or phone no later than March 21st by 5:00 p.m.  ET.  KIIS reserves the right to disqualify any entry that, in the sole opinion of the judges, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the sponsor, the promotion or any other person or entity.
