Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (together, the "Company"), will conduct the Contest substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:
1. Description of Contest/Participation.
A. Dates of Contest: The Contest will begin January 28, 2008 and end on or about March 10, 2008.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of mailers actually received by the intended contestants.
B. How to participate:
A select group of Southern California residents are selected through a telemarketing campaign to receive the secret KIIS FM Pay Your Bills Mailer on a semi-regular basis.
Listeners can not sign up to receive the mailer.
Only the person who’s name appears on the address label is eligible to participate.
C. How to Play:
The individuals who receive the secret KIIS FM Pay Your Bills Mailer should listen to 102.7 KIIS FM, weekdays at 7:50 AM, 10:50AM, 2:50PM and 4:50 PM. At those times, the air personality will announce a name of someone who received the mailer on the air. That person will have 30 mins to call back to have their bills paid (up to $1,000 in cash).
