I know Father’s Day was a couple months ago, but this is just wayyy too CUTE. Shakira recorded a song with her father (William Mebarak) in celebration of his birthday and the video below demonstrates the process of the song’s recording. The video shows us that the super mega star we’re so used to listening to is also a very sweet and down-to-earth daughter.
My favorite part of the video was when Shakira’s father reveals that he was expecting a boy when Shakira was born. He then jokingly adds, “Life is so precious and beautiful, so I guess I’ll settle with this little girl…” Shakira humorously responds as any other daughter would. Lol! Love it! See guys!! Famous people are normal people too! No matter how famous she is, she’ll always be daddy’s girl.
