Rihanna & Chris Brown's New Song, "Nobodies Business"

They're at it again ... Rihanna and Chris Brown have collaborated on a new song, tellingly titled "Nobodies Business."

With lyrics like "Your love is perfection, please point me in the right direction," the two gloss right over their violent history together on the very Michael Jackson-sounding song.

In the snippet released online, Rihanna does most of the singing ... not surprising since the song is a cut from her upcoming album "Unapologetic." Anyone sensing a theme here?

"Every touch becomes infectious, let's make out in this Lexus," she sings on the track. "There's no other love just like this ... I'ma be your girl, I wanna make you mine and it ain't nobody's business."

This is the third time the two have worked together on a song after Brown's 2009 assault on Rihanna. They previously collaborated on remixes of their songs "Birthday Cake" and "Turn Up the Music."

While they're not officially commenting on the status of their relationship, it's clear they're still very close ... and have been seen hanging out together since Chris split with girlfriend Karrueche Tran.

Who Did J.Lo Get Fired?

Jennifer Lopez is calling BS on a German maid who claims the singer got her FIRED for asking for an autograph ... insisting the cleaning lady is trashing her for NO REASON. 

J.Lo is pissed over a story that originated in a German tabloid ... in which the maid says she tried to approach the singer's assistants while they were staying at a fancy German hotel last month and asked for Jennifer's signature. The maid claims the singer complained to management and she was fired the next day.

Now, Lopez is lashing back ... saying, "C'mon thought you knew me better than this.. Would never get anyone fired over an autograph."

Sources close to Lopez say... there WAS an incident involving a maid, but it didn't involve an autograph. We're told the maid had "barged" into the room unannounced ... and the singer's security immediately gave her the boot out of concern for the singer's safety.

We’re told hotel management has since assured Lopez’s people that no one was fired -- but the maid company the hotel uses has relocated the maid in question to a different property.

Ariel Winter Removed from Home

Ariel Winter's actual family has been swept up in some real-life drama. The 14-year-old Modern Family star has been removed from her mother's care and her adult sister is looking to become her permanent guardian, according to court documents obtained by E! News.

Ariel's mother, Chrisoula Workman, is being accused of physically and emotionally abusing her daughter. Per her guardianship petition, Ariel's sister, Shanelle Gray, alleges that Workman has slapped, hit and pushed Ariel, as well as abused her in the form of "vile name calling, personal insults about [her and her weight], attempts to 'sexualize' minor, deprivation of food, etc. for an extended period of time."
