The key to exercise is finding something you enjoy doing. Everyone has something they like to do, whether it's tennis, biking, surfing, walking, pilates, bootcamp, swimming, skiing, etc. My favorites are yoga and hiking. Luckily, I live right by Runyon Canyon so I'm there hiking 3-5 days a week. I also have a few ab exercises I enjoy....like the one seen below in the Rockstar Health & Fitness episode with Patrick Stump from Fall Out Boy. Not only does it help you keep your core toned (which helps you avoid back injury) but protects your internal organs. Whatever gets you moving, GET UP and DO IT!! Your body adapts to your lifestyle so if you are lazy and tired so is your body.....if you are active and have fun so does your body! MOVE and HAVE FUN...SWEAT so you release toxins,as well as endorphins.
