One of the easiest recipes we saw on Rockstar Health & Fitness was from OneRepublic's Zach Filkins. His healthy quick and easy breakfast is oatmeal, eggs (mixed w/egg whites) and yogurt. I LOVE oatmeal and eat it for breakfast often. According to Zach you can even carry a packet in your backpack and just add hot water when you're hungry.

  • Plenty of healthy fiber - it is slow to digest so it keeps you full longer
  • Stabilizes blood sugar
  • Plenty of healthy antioxidants
My favorite thing to add is sliced banana and brown sugar. You can also add fruit and maple syrup or honey for a delicious breakfast.
