For a delicious snack ,Fergie likes to have yogurt with a little something extra—fruit and granola!

Greek yogurt (flavor of your choice)
2 tbsp. granola (look for fewer than 10 grams sugar per serving) 
1 cup strawberries (sliced) and blueberries

Directions: Layer yogurt with granola and fruit. Mix, if desired, and enjoy!

When Lauren Conrad gets the munchies, she makes a "snack plate" with hummus, sliced turkey, cucumbers and apples. The different flavors gives you satisfying (but healthy) snacks, that will fill you up fast!
1 oz. sliced turkey (about 2 to 3 pieces) 
½ cup sliced cucumbers 
½ apple, sliced

3 tbsp. red pepper hummus (or your favorite flavor)

Directions: Arrange all ingredients on a plate and snack away! (Try different flavor combos you might not normally try, like turkey wrapped around an apple slice or cucumber-and-hummus "sandwiches.")
