One of the common threads in all health and fitness is drinking plenty of water.  In the majority of the Rockstar Health & Fitness extra videos, the celebrities talk about drinking plenty of water as one of their healthy secrets.  Taio Cruz talks about it as a hangover cure. The Wanted drink plenty of water while traveling. Parachute drinks water before their TV performances. The Pierces swear by lots of water while on the road with Coldplay, etc!!  The secret is out about good old fashioned H20.....drink a minimum of 8 glasses a day.  Here are some facts about water and the human body:
