Afrojack Goes Wild At Wango-Click For More
Listen to Afrojack on iHeartRadio
Iconic DJ Afrojack joined KIIS once again after playing last year’s Jingle Ball. He jumped on stage and pumped out his ‘Dirty Dutch’ style of house music. The producer didn’t need any dancers or other frills to keep the crowd engaged. The four-on-the-floor bass and beat buildups kept the crowd moving from start to finish.
Afro’s EDM was paired with coded 0s and 1s running across the jumbotron. The DJ’s intensity increased as the beat built up. He began with small head bobs and gradually started grooving more to his groundbreaking tracks.

Audience members simultaneously pulled out their G by Guess glow sticks when Afro transitioned into “Take Over Control,” a song which charted in 10 countries. The crowd participation pushed Afrojack over the edge. At one point in the song he closed his eyes, and threw his head back and forth with the beat. He also did his signature hand move, which is like a combination fist bump and spirit fingers.
Afro didn’t leave any fan hanging; he played all of his hits. The entire audience – front to back – went crazy when he played “Give Me Everything,” a song he produced for Pitbull. He followed that up with “Rock the House.”

The speakers (thankfully) held up and Afrojack left a lasting impression on the audience at Home Depot Center.
Afrojack continues to tour constantly, which puts him in the ‘tarmac DJ’ category. You can see him in a few weeks at the Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas. He’ll be joined by just about every well-known DJ in the world.
