Justin Bieber graduated with his G.E.D. a couple weeks ago, but didn't get a proper ceremony. ( millions of albums sold, and hadn't even graduated High School yet?  Punk. ;)  Ellen Degeneres made it happen in front of her audience.  Check it out.
