This one is a bit complicated so bare with me...

TMZ.com originally reported that Lindsay Lohan won't be making her LA court date on the 30th thanks to a doctor's note her new NYC lawyer provided to the LA court judge. BUT TMZ.com showed photos of Lindsay shopping and smoking in SoHo on the SAME DAY she was supposed to be home sick.

NOW, TMZ.com is saying Lindsay is so scared about what might happen after seeing the TMZ story, that she and her mother booked a flight tonight in a panic to be in LA tomorrow.

I'm sure this is all going to get a lot more interesting after tomorrow!
