Halle Berry's ex Gabriel Aubry was granted a restraining order against her fiance, Olivier
Martinez. As previously reported, the two got into a fight on Thanksgiving
in front of Halle's home. Both were hospitalized -- but Gabriel was arrested
on suspicion of misdemeanor battery. According to RadarOnline.com,
although Halle sought an emergency restraining order against Gabriel, he also obtained his own civil restraining order in an L.A. courthouse agains Olivier. The
site also repored that Gabriel may be deported back to Canada
because of the fight -- and is in jeopardy of losing joint custody of he and Halle's
four-year-old daughter Nahla. Child Protective Services will be formally
investigating the fight because since Nahla was present during the fight. A
source said, "Nahla wasn't actually involved in the melee, and by all
accounts, Halle whisked her out of the driveway as soon as the fight between Olivier and Gabe started. However, DCFS was contacted because there has been a history of allegations of physical abuse. Social workers will be interviewing Halle,
Gabriel and Olivier about what happened on Thanksgiving. DCFS must ensure that
Nahla's environment is safe."
