With the recent, tragic passing of Robin Williams, suicide prevention is a prominent topic in the current news.  KIIS wants to make sure that people understand that everyone has a support system.  We are speaking with Katie Williams, author of the book Journey of the Heart, and advocate of suicide prevention.

After losing her brother to suicide when he was merely 17-years-old, Katie wrote about how it affected her and the lives of those around her.  She comes to the studio with great advice in regards to handling loss, and great support groups that those in need may be a part of.
