Kelly Clarkson is kicking off the holiday spirit with some serious joy.
The 31-year-old singer recently got married to Brandon Blackstock in Tennessee on Sunday, Oct. 20., and now the newlywed has not only the holidays to look forward to with her newly extended family, but an album release to look forward too as well.
Kelly’s getting us in to the Christmas spirit with the release of her first ever Christmas album Wrapped in Red.
The album features tracks like Christmas favorites “Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas”, “Run Run Rudolph”, “Please Come Home For Christmas” and many more as well as a track written by Kelly herself and songwriter/producer Greg Kurstin titled “Underneath The Tree.”
And considering she’s releasing the album two months before the holiday, and recorded the tracks back in the summer month of June, the songstress had everyone in the studio don Christmas sweaters or pajamas to get in to the holiday spirit!
Looks like we know who to hit up when it comes times for an Ugly Sweater Party.
Wrapped in Red drops October 29. Pre-order your copy now here!
