Jake Gyllenhaal is quite literally a man about town.
The actor had a busy recently, meeting with a variety of celebrity friends from all facets of the entertainment industry in a number of Manhattan neighborhoods.
His first stop was to the East Village, where he met up with Marcus Mumford, of the popular pop-folk band Mumford & Sons.
The two are close friends, as Jake is credited with first introducing the English lead singer to his wife, actress Carey Mulligan.
Next, Gyllenhaal headed to Soho, where he met up with actress America Ferrara, who co-starred with him in the recent gritty cop film End of Watch.
They walked together to a restaurant where they met up with a few more friends for lunch, among them Moneyball actor Jonah Hill sporting a bright blue Dodgers cap.
